The âEvolutionary Genetics, Red Blood Cells, Biotherapyâ team is a multi-disciplinary team led by Wassim El Nemer, which focuses on the evolutionary and functional dimensions of human genetic diversity, through the exploration of normal and pathological red blood cells and the study of blood groups and their implications for biotherapy.
Founded on multidisciplinary expertise, our research projects are based on the field and on biological collections and rare blood samples, thanks to our affiliation to the "Ătablissement Français du Sang" and our collaborations with clinical teams.
