Pharmaceutical law is undoubtedly one of the specialties of the "Health Law" axis that best ensures the team's visibility. This field of research is, from a legal point of view, poorly exploited in France. There are few lawyers working in this field, considering the growing demand from the professional and academic world. In this respect, the "pharmaceutical law" project is an element of visibility which the past contract has shown to open up numerous partnership prospects. The work historically carried out on the subject (relating to drugs, its history, the pharmaceutical monopoly, etc.) has been enriched by new issues (patent law, European drug issues, etc.).
In view of the interest and visibility of this project, publications should remain at a high level in the next contract: manuals for students and professionals, publication of collective works or the organization of colloquiums and, of course, the writing of articles. The link between medicine and economics, as well as patent law, will certainly be a strong point of the research proposed in the next contract.
