Masters and national diplomas

Each of the three teams of UMR 7268 ADES is particularly involved in training A and BY research.

Not only do the members of our teams participate in many courses, whether in University Diplomas or National and International Diplomas, but we also welcome many students for their internships and research theses.

Although the students we welcome come from all over France and abroad, UMR ADES has built up particularly strong structural links with two Master's degrees at the University of Aix-Marseille

: the first is the "Medical Humanities" degree, offered by the Faculty of Medical and Paramedical Sciences.
Structured with a first year of common core for all students, this mention is then divided into three type-courses, among which two have a quasi-symbiotic interaction with ADES:

  • Forensic Anthropology and Bioarchaeology, whose students are preferentially welcomed in the BONES team:
  • Ethical, anthropological and deontological approaches to health, whose students are preferably welcomed in the CORNOR team. The

second is the "Health Law" field , whose objective is to train qualified jurists.
The first year allows students to acquire the basics of health law. During the first year, fundamental teachings are given during lectures. In addition to the lectures, students must also take part in supervised work.
In the second year of the Master's degree, students choose from three options, respectively oriented towards research, private health law or public health law.
