The ADES administrative department is a support service for scientific research, and is made up of the administrative manager and 3 financial managers spread over the unit's 3 sites.

It must be efficient in a multi-site, multi-supervisory environmentIts

scope of activities:

  • Budget and funding: Key role in managing the laboratory's budget; draws up budget forecasts, commits and monitors expenditure, coordinates funding applications with the various sources of funding available, ensuring that financial resources are used optimally, and monitors compliance with financial regulations.

  • Human resources: in collaboration with the human resources departments of Aix-Marseille Université, CNRS and Etablissement Français du Sang - PACA, handles recruitment processes, employment contract management, absence and leave management, as well as ongoing staff training.

  • Scientific research support: in collaboration with Aix-Marseille Université's Direction de la Recherche et de la Valorisation, provides support to researchers in writing and submitting research projects

  • .

  • It provides information on calls for projects, funding conditions and administrative requirements. It also helps prepare budgets and financial justification for projects.
